Terms of Service
By using BopPop you agree to these terms. These terms cover content standards, payments, and reporting abuse.

Version: 2.1 · Effective: 2026-11-04
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using BopPop (https://boppop.app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The operator is LI KUN, at China; correspondence: support@boppop.app. You must be at least 18 and authorized to contract for yourself or your organization.
2. The service
BopPop creates AI meme videos from text, a starting image, or character photos used with a prepared template. It provides accounts, credits, creation history, and video downloads. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unfit for a particular use. Review results before you rely on them.
Available models, settings, and credit costs are shown before submission. Third-party model outages, restrictions, or changes may affect availability. Buying access or credits does not mean a generation is complete. Contact us with the order reference if payment succeeds but access or credits do not arrive.
AI outputs may contain errors, resemble other users’ results, or vary in likeness, voice, or movement. Clearly identify AI-generated content where it could mislead; do not present it as evidence of real events or a real person’s words or actions. Purchasing the service grants no third-party likeness, voice, music, or trademark rights.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think it was used without permission.
4. Credits and payment
This is an online digital service. Payment confirmation activates access or credits; generation delivery depends on queues, providers and networks. Price, currency, taxes, billing intervals and credit amounts are shown on pricing and checkout pages.
Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake. All published prices are in USD. Review the product, credit amount, billing interval, applicable taxes and final total at checkout before paying. One-time credit packs do not renew; subscriptions renew at the confirmed interval until canceled in Billing. Credits are issued after payment confirmation. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or security codes
Current published one-time credit packs (USD): BopPop Mini Pack: $6.99 once for 100 credits; BopPop Lite Pack: $19.99 once for 400 credits; BopPop Pro Pack: $39.99 once for 1,000 credits; BopPop Ultra Pack: $99.99 once for 4,000 credits. Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake; confirm the final amount and billing interval at checkout.
Current published monthly subscriptions (USD): BopPop Lite monthly: $29.90 per month for 1,000 credits; BopPop Pro monthly: $49.90 per month for 3,000 credits; BopPop Ultra monthly: $99.90 per month for 8,000 credits. Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake; confirm the final amount and billing interval at checkout.
Current published annual subscriptions (USD): BopPop Lite yearly: $100.00 per year for 4,000 credits total per year, issued in 12 monthly installments of 333–334 credits; BopPop Pro yearly: $500.00 per year for 40,000 credits total per year, issued in 12 monthly installments of 3,333–3,334 credits; BopPop Ultra yearly: $600.00 per year for 60,000 credits total per year, issued in 12 monthly installments of 5,000–5,000 credits. Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake; confirm the final amount and billing interval at checkout.
Eligible new accounts receive 10 welcome credits once per account and IP address. Welcome credits do not expire. A 4-second Standard preview at 480p uses 10 credits from your balance, including welcome credits, and is limited to one per account and network across all video templates, subject to daily availability. The preview is not an additional free credit grant and does not include a full video. The editor shows the applicable credit cost before generation
Credit expiry, consumption and unused balances: Pack credits do not expire. Packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. When purchased, subscription plans renew until canceled in Billing. Monthly plan credits are granted for each billing month; annual plan prices cover the entire year and their published credit amounts are annual totals, issued in 12 monthly installments. The first installment is issued after payment confirmation; later installments are issued when due on monthly anniversaries (UTC), processed daily at 00:00 UTC and normally within 24 hours. Amounts may differ by one credit to preserve the exact annual total. Unused plan credits expire at the end of the paid billing period, without rollover into the next billing period. Canceling renewal does not stop installments for the already-paid annual period; a refunded order receives no further installments. Generation charges consume eligible credit grants, with reservations and returns recorded against those grants. Video costs depend on the template, model, resolution, duration and inputs and are displayed before submission. For a 15-second Ozil template video, Standard (Seedance 2.0 Mini) costs 50 credits at 480p or 100 at 720p, and Pro (Seedance 2.0) costs 400 at 720p; these examples are not a minimum price for every template. Confirmed failed or canceled tasks return reserved credits. Contact support about unused balances before closing your account. We do not store full card numbers or security codes.
A one-time purchase authorizes the final checkout amount; subscriptions authorize recurring charges at the confirmed interval until canceled. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases. Payment processors receive necessary email, account and order identifiers, amount, and currency, and return transaction status to us.
Credit returns for failed generations follow actual task status and the published product rules. A queued, pending, or unconfirmed task is not a confirmed failure. For billing or credit errors, provide the order or task ID rather than full payment details.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, infringement, harassment, infrastructure abuse, or to bypass security or billing. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
These rules cover prompts, uploads and generated or shared text, images, audio and video. Do not generate, upload, distribute or assist in creating these seven categories:
Pornography / NSFW: pornography, explicit sexual content and sexual exploitation.
Violence / gore: graphic violence, cruelty, promotion of violence or terrorism, or instructions to harm others.
Hate speech: hatred, discrimination or incitement against people based on protected characteristics such as race, religion or gender.
Child-unsafe content (CSAM): sexualization of minors, child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming or content endangering children, including synthetic depictions.
Deepfakes / impersonation: falsifying real identities, voices or likenesses, impersonating people, brands or organizations, or misleading others about origin or authenticity.
Non-consensual intimate content (NCII): creating, altering or distributing intimate, nude or sexual imagery without the depicted person’s explicit consent, including AI-generated, face-swapped or undressing content. Threats, extortion or harassment involving such content are also prohibited.
Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized protected works, logos or brands, or infringement of intellectual property, likeness or privacy rights.
Fraud, malware, spam and jailbreak prompts are also prohibited. Do not misleadingly pass off AI output as the work of a qualified professional.
Use only your own likeness or voice, or material with the necessary explicit permission. An AI label does not replace consent or make prohibited content acceptable. Do not help others bypass content restrictions.
Without prior written permission, do not resell or subcontract service access, systematically scrape outputs, or use inputs, outputs, or derived data to train, fine-tune, distill, or develop competing AI models. Use must also comply with applicable payment-network rules.
6. Content
You keep rights in what you upload and confirm you have the right to submit it. You grant us the licence needed to process it and deliver the service. Our software, brand, and interface remain ours.
You must obtain the permissions and consent needed for submission, processing, and intended use. You grant us and necessary providers a limited license to store, copy, process, generate and deliver results, and handle safety, reports, and support. This does not transfer ownership of uploads.
As between you and us, we assign to you any rights we hold in outputs generated for you, to the extent legally permitted and transferable. This grants no third-party rights and does not guarantee originality, copyright protection, or commercial clearance. Obtain necessary permissions for people, music, source material, and trademarks before publishing or commercial use. We do not train or fine-tune our own AI models with your inputs or outputs without separate explicit consent.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and do not affect mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes and governing law
These terms are published in English. Material changes receive at least 15 days’ notice via the website or registered email, with an updated date. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect immediately with an explanation.
Governing law: the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without excluding mandatory consumer protections applicable where you live. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Contact us with dispute details so we can try to resolve the issue. These terms do not limit complaints to competent regulators or remedies through applicable courts. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and specific order conditions shown at purchase form the service agreement.
10. Contact
Service provider and operator: LI KUN. Support, billing, refunds, legal, privacy, and security inquiries: support@boppop.app.
11. Subscription cancellation
Cancel in Account settings → Billing, or email support@boppop.app from your registered address with the subscription ID. Do not send passwords or full card numbers. Check cancellation status on the billing page and contact support if not confirmed.
Cancellation stops future billing periods; paid access continues until the displayed expiry. Cancellation does not request a refund or delete an account. Separately purchased credits retain their published expiry terms.
12. Refunds and termination
Refund eligibility and timeframes: Within 7 calendar days of a purchase, a full refund may be requested if all credits from that purchase remain unused. For a subscription, this refers to the charged billing period and its credit grant; cancellation separately stops future renewals. Verified duplicate charges are refunded for the excess amount. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable; subjective dissatisfaction is not itself a technical failure. Confirmed failed or canceled renders return reserved credits. We respond within 2 business days, correct confirmed billing errors within 5 business days, and submit approved refunds through the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval; bank posting may take longer. Corresponding credits or access are withdrawn to prevent reuse. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact. Duplicate or erroneous charges may be investigated and corrected. Statutory refund and withdrawal rights remain intact.
Refund approval and bank posting are separate stages. The policy above specifies the request window, usage thresholds, acknowledgement, and payment-provider submission times. Approved refunds withdraw corresponding access or credits to prevent reuse. This policy does not restrict lawful disputes with your bank.
Request a refund at support@boppop.app with your account email, order/transaction ID, purchase date and reason. Eligible refunds use the original payment method; bank posting times vary. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time. Check unused balances and refund eligibility before closure; generation is unavailable after closure. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements, explaining reasons where feasible and lawful. Data handling follows the Privacy Policy. If we terminate paid service for reasons other than your breach, prepaid unused service refunds are handled as required by law.
13. User reports
Users and rights holders may report prohibited inputs, outputs or account conduct to support@boppop.app, with subject “Content report”; mark child-safety, non-consensual intimate content (NCII) or imminent physical-danger reports “Urgent”. Include the content URL, task ID or safety reference, category, time, explanation and necessary evidence. Do not download, copy or forward CSAM; provide identifying references only.
Report acknowledgement, investigation, enforcement and reply deadlines: We acknowledge ordinary content reports within 2 business days of receipt and investigate, take appropriate action and provide an outcome or progress reply within 7 business days. Urgent reports involving child safety (including CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or credible threats of imminent violence receive priority: we acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and complete an initial review, take protective action where warranted and provide a reply within 48 hours of receipt. These urgent deadlines use elapsed calendar hours, including weekends and holidays. Where further investigation is necessary, we explain the delay and next steps within the applicable initial deadline and provide updates at least every 7 calendar days until closure. We acknowledge content appeals within 2 business days and provide a reconsidered decision or explained progress update within 7 business days, with updates at least every 7 calendar days if unresolved. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in China.
Report information is used for investigation, enforcement and legal duties. Reporter identities remain confidential to the extent permitted by law. Report in good faith and do not fabricate evidence.
An account is not required to report. For copyright, trademark, likeness, or privacy complaints, identify the affected work, right, or person, state whether you are the rights holder or authorized representative, and provide only information necessary to verify the claim.
This mailbox is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
14. Platform moderation, enforcement and appeals
Actual moderation mechanisms: Custom text-to-video generation is currently unavailable while its required Waffo prompt-screening service is not configured. Such requests stop before generation or credit charges. Template and preview requests do not use this prompt-screening service and remain subject to model-provider restrictions. We may manually review relevant inputs, outputs and necessary task records following reports or suspected abuse. We do not claim that every upload or output has been screened. Report response, urgent handling and appeal deadlines follow Section 13.
We do not guarantee pre-screening of every input or output. Review may follow a report or suspected abuse; successful generation is not an endorsement or confirmation of compliance. We may request further information from reporters or affected users.
We record and triage reports by severity, prioritizing child safety and violence threats; examine relevant inputs, outputs and necessary task records and conduct manual review. Findings may lead to warnings, blocked generations, removal, feature restrictions, suspension or termination. Suspected unlawful activity may require preserving necessary evidence and reporting to authorities.
Subject to privacy and legal limits, we notify reporters and affected users of outcomes and explain investigation delays. Appeal to support@boppop.app with subject “Content appeal”, task/account ID, decision notice and supporting reasons. We will reconsider the evidence and communicate the outcome.
Restrictions may remain in place during an appeal. We cannot directly remove copies already downloaded or posted on other platforms.
15. Privacy and data
See our Privacy Policy for handling account, generation, payment and report information.
